EcoClub

Our Eco team focus on meaningful environmental activities and projects. It is a forum through which children can reach out to influence, engage their peers, parents and neighbourhood communities to promote sound environmental behaviour.

In school, this group helps to monitor and try to reduce the amount of waste (energy, water) and encourage recycling.  In the community, they have helped to plant trees. 

An annual Community Grounds Day helps to bring learners, parents, carers, relatives, neighbours, governors and other community members together to improve the surroundings at the school.

This group is led in weekly meetings by Mrs. Bufton and takes elected members from Year 2 to Year 6.
